The value for money at A-One was excellent, with a perfect location and a nice room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean.
The morning meal could be improved with some additional options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful making me feel well looked after and cared for in a new city for a woman traveling alone.
The room was incredibly clean, but very small.

The best thing is location of course. it is very close to subway. every day was room cleaning service. 2 bottles of water were given every day.
No shampoo or shower gel, the bed was too small for 2 people (may be if you are not slim this may be a problem) but comfortable to sleep on.

perfect location, reasonable price (without charging any credit card fee), nice service
no laundry service (although there is a 24H self-service laundry shop in Chinatown)., only 2 hair dryers can be borrowed, noisy porch if there's anyone talk loudly

Buona la posizione anche se piuttosto rumorosa, camera decorosa, bagno così così ( manca il piatto doccia). Credo si possa trovare di meglio a KL.
bagno e rumore.

It was located close too many attractions, China Town andLittle India. It wasbudgetaccommodation in a great allocation and fulfilled our two main requirements ie comfort and cleanliness.
Wewereupgradedto a family room thankfully as this gave us room tops tour bags on the spare single bed. Without this it would have been difficult to move in the room.

well it is near china town where we can eat cheap and chinese food. we can also reach the central market easily. it is the place that we can buy many souvenirs in cheap price too. it is easy to find breakfast and food nearby. and it is a great place to reach out MRT the train, and bus station. so it made us easy to go everywhere especially, the Kuala Lumpur landmarks. good place to sleep here.
one day after the first day we came, they forgot to clean my room and changed the towels.the next day they began clean up my room and change the towel. only the first day we came they gave us 2 bottles of mineral drink. the next day they didin't give them because they said the drinks are only for the first day.the neighbors disturbed us while we were sleeping because they brought children and the children played and ran to and fro along the aisle of 1st floor. it was at 11pm..... so my advice is the hotel crew must give the rule not to be noisy after 10pm or 12pm. it will make the other guests feel comfort to sleep.one more thing, please explain how to use the hot water to the guests before they use the room. I hope it will be better next time we visit again.

Good location, very close to the lrt station. Many tourist sights such as Masjid Jamek, Chinatown etc. are in walking distance. Room is clean and all necessities are provided including Wifi. Overall, it's a good place for those whose budget is limited.
The price is a little bit high. You can find loads of hotels which are cheaper along the road.
